Rainbow Rebels Academy is an in-person, café-based wellbeing space for grown-ups who want support that feels human, creative, and gentle.

There is no pressure to talk, no expectation to perform, and no “right way” to take part. You come as you are, and you choose what feels right for you each week.

Sessions are rooted in creativity, nervous system awareness, and connection, offering simple tools you can take into everyday life. This is not about fixing yourself — it’s about having space to pause, breathe, and feel less alone.

Rainbow Rebels Academy is for grown-ups who feel overwhelmed or burnt out, are breaking cycles, or are looking for calmer, more connected ways to live. The space is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and play, creating an environment that feels safe, welcoming, and human.
